VintedCRM, Souk, V-Tools, Bleam, Recop: honest reviews and the best alternatives in 2026

The Resell Track team

Millions of Vinted sales analysed · 200+ resellers supported

Search for "VintedCRM review" or "Souk review" and you land on Trustpilot pages and on the vendors' own websites. Neither answers the real question: is this tool right for you, and what are you risking by using it?

This comparison looks at the five Vinted tools that come up most often among French resellers: VintedCRM, Souk, V-Tools, Bleam and Recop. We've added ResellTrack, which is our own tool. So we present it with its limitations, held to the same standard as the others.

Method: features and prices come from the vendors' official websites, checked on 25 September 2026. The public ratings quoted were taken the same day from Trustpilot and the Chrome Web Store. Where something couldn't be verified, we left it out. Prices change often: always check the vendor's pricing page before you subscribe.

The short answer: which tool for which seller?

  • You sell a lot and lose time on invoices, stock and bookkeeping: VintedCRM, a CRM with an optional automation extension.
  • You want to hand off messages, offers and negotiation: Bleam, an automation extension with a negotiation assistant.
  • You want to spot the good deals before other buyers: Souk or V-Tools, listing-monitoring tools with fast or automatic buying. This is the category that puts your account most at risk.
  • You want to know what to buy and what price to resell at: a sales analysis tool, Recop or ResellTrack, which read data without taking any action on your account.
  • You're an active reseller with volume: the strongest setup is still one management tool plus one data tool, not a single tool for everything.

How to choose

1. The problem you want to solve

Management (CRM), sales automation, buying sniper or data analysis: these tools don't do the same job. Start by pinning down your bottleneck: buying better, selling faster, staying organised or saving time.

2. The risk to your Vinted account

This is the criterion sales pages talk about least. Vinted's terms strictly regulate the use of third-party software and unauthorised automation, and none of the tools in this comparison claims to be officially authorised by Vinted. The wording changes over time: the only authoritative reference is the current version of Vinted's terms and conditions, which we recommend reading before you install anything.

In practice, keep one simple distinction in mind: a tool that reads data doesn't change how you behave on Vinted; a tool that acts (lists, sends messages, makes offers, buys) carries out actions programmatically, and it's your account on the line if Vinted considers those actions non-compliant. We go into this in our article on Vinted bots and their risks.

3. The real price for your volume

The limits hide in the tiers (accounts, searches, alerts, AI features). Work out the price for your actual usage, excluding or including VAT.

4. How reliable the public reviews are

A Trustpilot rating needs context: the number of reviews, how they're distributed and how they were collected. A high rating based on a handful of reviews tells you almost nothing. A rating displayed by the vendor itself is not an independent source.

VintedCRM review

VintedCRM is first and foremost a CRM for professional Vinted sellers: sales syncing, order tracking, invoice and shipping label generation, bookkeeping (VAT, margins, profit), stock management and statistics. Its Chrome extension adds automation: reposting based on configurable rules, automatic messages to people who favourite your items and customisable discount offers.

Strengths

  • Genuine coverage of the admin side, which other tools often neglect: invoices, VAT, net margins.
  • A free plan (basic syncing and shipping labels) and an advertised trial with no card required.
  • Very positive public reviews: on Trustpilot, VintedCRM had a rating of 4.8/5 from 50 reviews as of 25 September 2026. Reviewers mainly mention the time saved, the simplicity and a responsive support team.
  • Transparent about the risk: the vendor states that its extension doesn't guarantee you won't be suspended.

Limitations

  • It's not a market analysis tool: it helps you manage what you've bought, not decide what to buy.
  • Automation runs through the extension, which acts on your account (reposting, messages, offers), with the risk that comes with it.
  • Prices are shown excluding VAT: add VAT to get the real cost.

Pricing

Free plan; Pro at €29/month excl. VAT; extension add-on at €6.99/month excl. VAT on top of Pro; extension only at €12.99/month excl. VAT. A team option is available on request.

Who is it for?

Sellers who already have volume and a real need for bookkeeping and stock management. If you're looking for a VintedCRM alternative, first ask yourself what's missing: pure automation (Bleam), or market data to buy better (Recop, ResellTrack).

Souk review

Souk is a platform for monitoring new Vinted listings and buying fast. You set up alerts by brand, size and price, and Souk shows you a live feed with push notifications. Depending on the plan, you can buy in one click from that feed (autobuy) or let the tool automatically reserve items that match your filters (autocop). Souk also offers a Chrome extension and a connection to Claude and ChatGPT, included in the Turbo and Business plans.

Strengths

  • Speed: in highly contested niches, seeing an underpriced listing before everyone else makes the difference.
  • Easy to get started, with unlimited alerts from the Pro plan and a private Discord community.
  • An advertised free trial (length not stated on the page we checked) and a 43% discount on annual billing.

Limitations

  • Automatic buying is the use that puts your account most at risk. Autocop and multicop (up to 10 accounts at once on Turbo, according to the pricing grid) are precisely the kind of behaviour a human rarely produces.
  • Souk helps you buy fast, not buy right: the tool doesn't tell you whether the item will resell, or at what price.
  • We couldn't find a verifiable Trustpilot page for Souk on the date we checked, so no rating is quoted here.

Pricing

Pro at €29/month (live feed, unlimited alerts, one-click buying); Turbo at €99/month (autocop, unlimited linked accounts, multicop); Business on a waiting list.

Who is it for?

Experienced resellers in highly competitive niches who already know what they want to buy and at what price, and who accept the risk that comes with automation.

V-Tools review

V-Tools presents itself as a speed-focused reselling tool: AutoCop, Sniper, CRM and built-in messaging. It monitors new listings, can buy automatically based on your filters, and offers an AutoChat feature that sends a message with an offer to people who favourite your items. It claims to work in several European countries.

Strengths

  • An all-in-one package for buying and selling: monitoring, automatic buying, messaging, management.
  • A trial: the FAQ mentions 5 free days on the Advanced plan.
  • A clear-eyed FAQ on risk: the vendor writes that no tool can guarantee zero risk.

Limitations

  • Very mixed public reviews. On Trustpilot, V-Tools had a rating of 2.6/5 from 53 reviews as of 25 September 2026, with a polarised split: a large share of 5-star reviews and a comparable share of 1-star reviews. Negative reviews mainly mention bugs, support and billing; positive ones praise how effective the bot is and a support team they found responsive. The vendor's own website displays a 4.9 rating, which is not an independent source.
  • The highest risk in this comparison: automatic buying, automatic messages, and an FAQ that highlights an account generator. Running multiple accounts is something to check against Vinted's terms before using it.
  • Autocop isn't included in the entry plan: you need to upgrade to Advanced.

Pricing

Performance at €29.99/month; Advanced at €79.99/month (with autocop); there's a Sniper tier above that, whose price we couldn't verify on the official website.

Who is it for?

High-volume resellers who want maximum speed and accept a high level of risk. For a beginner, both the investment and the risk are out of proportion.

Bleam review

Bleam is a Chrome extension for sales automation, with a companion mobile app for iOS and Android. It covers automatic reposting, listing templates, messages with offers to people who favourite your items, bulk shipping label downloads, income tracking, and a Smart Assistant that negotiates with buyers within the margins you set. A Bleam Cloud mode lets the tool run without your computer being on.

Strengths

  • Delegated negotiation, rare in this category, and a real time-saver on messages.
  • Multi-account support on the higher plans, plus a mobile app.
  • A 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
  • A decent public rating: on the Chrome Web Store, the extension had 4.4/5 from 27 reviews as of 25 September 2026. On Trustpilot, Bleam's page had only 4 reviews on the same date, too few to draw any conclusion.

Limitations

  • It's automation on your account: negotiation, messages, reposting. Bleam's FAQ answers "no" to the question of ban risk; yet no tool that acts on an account can guarantee that. Treat it as an intention, not a guarantee.
  • The negotiation assistant isn't in the entry plan: you have to upgrade for its most distinctive feature.
  • No market data: Bleam helps you sell what you have, not choose what to buy.

Pricing

Essentiel at €17/month (1 account, templates, shipping labels, reposting, messages to favouriters); Professionnel at €32/month (3 accounts, AI features, Bleam Cloud); Entreprise at €60/month (10 accounts). Reduced rates apply on quarterly billing (from €15, €27 and €51/month).

Who is it for?

Sellers with steady stock who spend too much time answering messages and negotiating. To understand what reposting really does, read our comparison of Vinted extensions.

Recop review

Recop is a Vinted sales analysis tool: it analyses sold items to surface the products and brands that sell, study top-performing sellers and monitor searches. On substance, it's ResellTrack's closest competitor.

Strengths

  • The lowest entry price among data tools: €11.99/month.
  • A 7-day free trial, with a search quota.
  • No action on your account: the tool reads data, so the risk is in a different league from a bot.

Limitations

  • Tight quotas on the entry plan: 25 product searches, 10 seller searches and 3 simultaneous monitors per month on the Débutant plan. For regular use, the relevant plan is more likely Classique at €39.99.
  • Its website shows no Chrome extension: analysis happens on the web platform.
  • We couldn't find a verifiable Trustpilot page for Recop; the "5 stars" shown on its website are not an independent source.

Pricing

Débutant at €11.99/month, Classique at €39.99/month (90 product searches, 50 seller searches, 15 monitors), Pro at €79.99/month (250, 200 and 50), Expert on quote.

Who is it for?

Resellers who want a first taste of data on a small budget. If you're looking for a Recop alternative, the question is mostly about quotas and the extension. Our detailed ResellTrack vs Recop comparison puts the two tools side by side.

ResellTrack: when to choose it, and when not to

ResellTrack is our tool. It's a Vinted sales analysis tool, not a bot: it doesn't list anything, send any messages or buy anything on your behalf. Here's what it actually does:

  • Instant scan: you scan a niche and get the data straight away, without waiting for tracking to build up data. Niche score from 0 to 100, conversion rate, average price, time to sell.
  • Trends: the category × brand combinations that have sold best over the last 30 days.
  • Lens: image-based item search, unlimited on every plan.
  • Seller analysis and Top Sellers: what your competitors actually sell, not just what they have listed.
  • Chrome extension: the sales of a Vinted profile, and the price of similar sold items, right from an item page.
  • AI connection (MCP) from the Pro plan: you query the sales data from Claude or another compatible assistant, in plain language. Our guide to AI for Vinted explains how it works.

Choose ResellTrack if

  • your problem is buying what will resell, at the right price;
  • you want to analyse a niche or a competitor without waiting for tracking to build up data;
  • you want no automated actions on your account;
  • you want to query the data from an AI assistant.

Don't choose ResellTrack if

  • you want to automate reposting, messages or offers: ResellTrack doesn't do that;
  • you need stock management, invoices or bookkeeping: it's not a CRM;
  • you want to buy before everyone else: it's not a sniper;
  • you need minute-by-minute data: data is consolidated with a delay of up to 24 hours;
  • you want to try before you pay: ResellTrack doesn't offer a free trial. The subscription has no commitment and you can cancel at any time.

Pricing

Starter at €24/month, Pro at €34/month, Business at €69/month, no commitment, with 30% off on annual billing. The AI connection is included from Pro (100 requests per month on Pro, 500 on Business). The full limits are on the pricing page, and the guide on using ResellTrack to find niches walks through the whole process.

Tool combinations that make sense

None of these tools covers the whole buy, sell, manage cycle. Resellers who do well usually combine a data tool to decide with a management or automation tool to execute:

  • Data + management: ResellTrack or Recop to choose your niches and set your prices, VintedCRM to track stock, margins and invoices. This is the least risky combination for your account if you skip the automation extension.
  • Data + sales automation: a data tool to buy right, Bleam or the VintedCRM extension to sell through faster. Check your prices before automating: an overpriced listing reposted ten times is still overpriced.
  • Data + sniper: for experienced sellers only. The data tool tells you which items are worth monitoring and the maximum price to pay; the sniper helps you win the race. This is where the account risk is highest.

Avoid: stacking several tools that act on the same account at the same time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to VintedCRM?

It depends on what you want from VintedCRM. For sales automation (messages, offers, negotiation), Bleam is the most direct alternative. For deciding what to buy and at what price, a sales analysis tool such as Recop or ResellTrack covers a need VintedCRM doesn't. For bookkeeping and stock management, VintedCRM remains the most complete tool in this comparison.

Is Souk reliable?

Souk does what it says: a live listings feed, alerts, one-click buying and, on the Turbo plan, automatic buying. The reliability question is mostly about your account: automatic buying is the use most exposed under Vinted's terms, and no vendor can guarantee you won't be penalised. We couldn't find a verifiable Trustpilot rating for Souk as of 25 September 2026.

What software should I use to sell on Vinted?

To sell what you already have faster, an automation tool like Bleam or the VintedCRM extension saves time on reposting and messages, with a risk you need to be aware of. To run the business side (invoices, margins, stock), a CRM like VintedCRM. To sell at the right price, a tool that shows the prices items actually sell for, such as ResellTrack or Recop.

Does V-Tools have good reviews?

Reviews are very mixed: 2.6/5 from 53 reviews on Trustpilot as of 25 September 2026, with almost as many 1-star reviews as 5-star ones. Criticism focuses on bugs, support and billing; positive reviews praise how effective the bot is.

Is there a Vinted tool that's risk-free for your account?

Tools that only read and display data, such as Recop or ResellTrack, don't trigger any action on your account and so don't change how you behave on Vinted. Tools that list, send messages, make offers or buy on your behalf carry a risk vendors can't rule out, even when they claim otherwise. Read Vinted's current terms and conditions before automating anything.
